The Pickle Llama left a scheduled steering committee meeting fourteen minutes in, during a sentence, which was his own.
According to minutes obtained by the Gazette, the committee was reviewing the agenda for the meeting at which the agenda for the quarterly review would be set. The Llama had been asked to speak to readiness. He said, “There is no Phase Two,” stood, and was gone before the chair finished thanking him.

The committee continued for a further ninety minutes. It approved the agenda, deferred two decisions to a working group, and scheduled the working group’s first meeting for a date the working group will choose.
No decision was taken. The committee steers a program that has not moved since March.
